  • Implemented the Elected Officials Public Safety Academy to help local, county & state elected officials develop a broader knowledge related to Anoka County public safety operations
  • Gun Range improvements & renovation to improve LE training standards
  • Jail elevator replacements, New camera system, Central control, PA, locking system, intercoms to improve safety and reduce liability
  • Implemented IRIS retinal scanning in jail; improved efficiencies & fewer mistakes.

  • Testified representing suburban law enforcement for the Minnesota Advisory Committee to the U.S. Commission hearing on Civil Rights and Police Practices in Minnesota
